1. Definitions

• "Quietharbor", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the business operating under the name Quietharbor, located at 31/7 Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
• "Services" — the three information and administrative sessions offered by Quietharbor: Getting Started With Pension Documents, Document Organising Support, and the Year-Long Information Companion programme, as described on our website.
• "User", "you", "your" — any person who visits our website or enquires about, books or attends our Services.
• "Content" — all text, printed materials, guides, and information provided by Quietharbor in connection with its Services.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book a session.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Our Services are intended for adults only.

3. Service Description

Quietharbor provides:

• Educational sessions explaining how pension and retirement documents are generally structured and what common terms mean.
• Practical administrative support for organising, labelling, indexing and creating digital backups of personal retirement paperwork.
• A year-long companion programme including regular group educational meetings, updated written guides and a community discussion group.

Important: All Quietharbor Services are strictly educational and administrative in nature. We do not provide financial advice, investment guidance, legal advice or any regulated service. Nothing communicated in our sessions, guides, emails or on our website constitutes advice of any kind that requires a professional licence. Participants are solely responsible for any decisions they make regarding their own documents or retirement arrangements.

Sessions are conducted in English at our Chatuchak, Bangkok premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed when payment is received in full. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are as published on our website at the time of booking.
• Current prices: Getting Started — ฿3,700; Document Organising Support — ฿12,000; Year-Long Companion — ฿28,500 per year.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by bank transfer and standard payment methods as specified during checkout.
• Prices are inclusive of all materials provided during the session.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by you: If you cancel more than 7 days before a session, we will provide a full refund or transfer to an alternative date at no charge. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice will not be refunded but may be transferred to a future date subject to availability.
• Year-Long Companion programme: Cancellation within 30 days of enrolment receives a pro-rata refund for months not yet commenced. After 30 days, refunds are not available for sessions already attended.
• Cancellation by Quietharbor: If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our website and Services for lawful purposes only.
• Treat session facilitators and other participants with respect.
• Not record, photograph or distribute session content without our prior written permission.
• Not misrepresent our Services as providing financial, legal or investment advice.
• Bring only your own personal documents to organising sessions. We are not responsible for documents belonging to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All written guides, printed materials, session content and website copy produced by Quietharbor are our intellectual property. You may use these materials for your own personal reference only. You may not copy, redistribute, publish or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy or suitability of any information we provide for your specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Quietharbor's total liability to you for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the session in connection with which the claim arises.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from your use of information provided in our sessions, including any decisions you make regarding your retirement documents or arrangements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quietharbor harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of our Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services to any person who breaches these Terms, behaves in a manner disrespectful to other participants or facilitators, or misrepresents the nature of our Services to others.

For the Year-Long Companion programme, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Refunds on termination by us will be provided on a pro-rata basis.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to informal resolution by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
